Day 188: Beer and Pizza....I'm a real American

Day 187: The Battle Continues

Today was my first day on the floor and everything went smoothly until I saw this huge cockroach...I just calmly got up and walked away and told a coworker that they had to get rid of it, but they thought that I was kidding and it wasn't until this other lady who's from up north came in and started freaking out that he finally killed it. His excuse for not just stepping on it was that he didn't want to mess up his shoes...

you can see my sternocleidomastoids in this picture...which reminds me of that day that Dr. Saladin told us in Anatomy that Sandra Bullock had a great pair...like he was really talking about the muscles in her neck.

Day 186: Research

We're doing a skit about video games for River of Life this year, so Jennifer and I had to do some research

Yes, we have a super nintendo that still works

Jeremy also helped with this research....and I realized that he has one of the coolest jobs ever, cause playing video games really is kind of a part of his job description

Day 185: Watch out for shrapnel

I had lots of fun hanging out with my brother and meeting some new people...it was also very interesting to learn about all of the things that my brother and our new friend are going to invent, such as: shoe butt pads and butt flap boxers....

Day 184: Lake Sinclair

We went tubing out on Lake Sinclair today

according to Jeremy, Timothy and I had 2 of the most epic tubing experiences ever. He said that timothy was like james bond on a tube cause he stayed on when anyone else would have fallen off and he said that I got the most air that he's ever seen and I still stayed on the tube. Apparently I was like 6+ feet in the air...all I know is that it hurt when I landed...I'm kinda sore

It's official. I have my nursing license, it came in the mail. See it came from the Professional Licensing Boards:

Day 182: Pockets

4th day of orientation

we got out early today, so I got to go home for lunch. When I got home Blake was walking around with her hands in her pockets...it was hilarious cause her pockets aren't even that big, but she was determined to shove her hands in there
